  • Spend more time generating revenues. Focus on obtaining meetings with prospects, scheduling and planning and conducting conference calls, as well as following up with all of your new business opportunities.

About Us

The President, Matthew Hyde, has been in outside sales for over 20 years and has worked with small regional companies, as well as large multi-nationals, both in his home country of England and in his new home of the past 10 years, the United States.

Matthew is a charismatic and dynamic business leader with creative vision and astute presentation skills who is comfortable speaking with C-Level executives. He is an expert at searching out the decision makers, and managing and organizing multiple accounts. Matthew also has a proven ability to think on his feet and turn complex concepts into simple, relevant examples and solutions.

Triumphant Business Solutions has a different strategy and approach: we concentrate on persistence and collaboration. As opposed to inside sales professionals, outside sales professionals serve as the face of the organization, make a very strong impression, and form a positive interpersonal bond with the prospective client.

When organizations utilize outside sales representatives they are able to have access to some of the top business development professionals.

Why Use Triumphant?

We are in the business of representing a consortium of law firms who are independent small to medium size litigation firms and matching them with insurance companies, TPAs, and self-insured corporations. We have many great qualities including:

  • A firm belief in what we do;
  • Passion;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; and
  • The ability to set up and close deals.

However, the two most important attributes that we possess are:

  • Persistence: The industry standard in sales is that the average salesperson only makes 1.5 phone call attempts to follow up on a lead before giving up and moving on. The best practice is between 6 and 9 call attempts and 2 to 3 email and voicemail attempts as well. We always follow best practices.
  • Collaboration: We are in the process of recruiting additional law firms in different geographical areas in order to target the same prospective clients and to grow the same existing clients within the marketplace.

All the concept takes is a common purpose. When firms come together with a common audience, goal, or a common mission or interest, they can band together in any number of ways to create an influence and a presence that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Outside of work, Matthew has been married to his wife, Charity for 10 years. He enjoys traveling, motorcycling, sailing, tennis, cooking, and eating at great restaurants.
